Verbraucher haben grundsätzlich ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht. Für digitale Inhalte, die nicht auf einem physischen Datenträger geliefert werden, erlischt dieses Recht mit Beginn des Downloads, sofern der Kunde ausdrücklich zugestimmt und bestätigt hat, dass er dadurch sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.
Hinweis zur Umsetzung im Shop: Vor dem Checkout verwenden wir eine verpflichtende Checkbox („RT: Terms and Conditions Box“), um diese Zustimmung rechtssicher einzuholen.
